Shipping policy
Most products ships through USPS with Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. (Typically 2-4 Business Day). Most orders process the same day or within the next business days.

- USPS Priority Mail DOES NOT warrant guaranteed delivery in 2-4 Business Days.
- USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 Business Days, sometimes it can delay. (Please check tracking number)
- With high period sales, order processing can take 1-4 Business Days.
- USPS Priority Mail is the only company we ship through at the moment.
*Purchases over $80.00 addressed to apartments/units or houses at our discretion will need to be signed for. For any reason if a package is signed for and not delivered, you will be responsible and no refund will be issued.

We have a 100% guarantee with our products, if you're not satisfied, send them back and we will refund you minus return shipping costs if you return within 14 days. *There are no refunds on international shipments.
To receive a refund, products must not be used and in original new condition.
Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
