To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Most of our products ship through USPS (Post Office), UPS, or DHL (International).
My Order is Stuck or Not Moving:
There are two common reasons why an order’s tracking says that it has not been shipped.
- The order may have been shipped, but due to the destination distance of the shipment, the first scan might not occur for a couple of days after you’ve been notified that the package has shipped and your initial issuance of the tracking number.
- Your order may have required additional processing time to complete the order. (waiting on production, large order, etc.)
Update 9/13/23: We are having some shipping delays due a bottle shortage. Our current vendor for bottles has sold out so we had to order from another vendor. This has caused some delays. We are an extremely small company of two people working to get your orders to you as fast as possible while maintaining quality. We make these kits by hand. Filling products in bottles, labeling, & shipping. Thank you for your purchase and we appreciate your patience. Sometimes certain products can sell out, and it can take up to 10 business days to produce.

Recipients of any International shipments may be subject to customs/import duties, international taxes, charges, and/or any additional delivery fees. SudzBox Co. is not responsible for any extra fees upon arrival, it is the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Import fees cannot be estimated.
