Return & Shipping Policy

Most of our products ship through USPS (Post Office), UPS, or DHL (International). 

*Subject to change around Holidays and Black Friday.

Update 11/1/22: During Sales we can experience a 7-12 business processing time due to order volume. We are a small company of 3 people. Thank you for your patience.

  • USPS Priority Mail DOES NOT warrant guaranteed delivery in 2-4 Business Days.
  • USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 Business Days, sometimes it can delay. (Please check tracking number)
  • With high period sales, order processing can take 1-5 Business Days.
  • Please note: Once packages are updated as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for lost/misplaced/misdelivered/stolen packages. Please ensure that all shipping information is exact and correct, including any suite/apt/unit numbers to prevent any mishaps at time of delivery.

*Purchases over $99.99 addressed to apartments/units or houses at our discretion will need to be signed for. For any reason if a package is signed for and not delivered, you will be responsible and no refund will be issued.

Recipients of any International shipments may be subject to customs/import duties, international taxes, charges, and/or any additional delivery fees. SudzBox Co. is not responsible for any extra fees upon arrival, it is the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Import fees cannot be estimated.

During, our Holiday Season, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. *There are no refunds on international shipments/orders.

To receive an exchange, products must not be used and in original new condition.

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
