Return & Shipping Policy

Most products ships through USPS with Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. (Typically 2-4 Business Day). Most orders process the same day or within the next business days.

Update 6/1/22: All Orders are experiencing a 1 week processing time due to order volume and out of stock status. 

  • USPS Priority Mail DOES NOT warrant guaranteed delivery in 2-4 Business Days.
  • USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 Business Days, sometimes it can delay. (Please check tracking number)
  • With high period sales, order processing can take 1-4 Business Days.
  • USPS Priority Mail is the only company we ship through at the moment.

Please note: Once packages are updated as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for lost/misplaced/misdelivered/stolen packages. Please ensure that all shipping information is exact and correct, including any suite/apt/unit numbers to prevent any mishaps at time of delivery.

*Purchases over $50.00 addressed to apartments/units or houses at our discretion will need to be signed for. For any reason if a package is signed for and not delivered, you will be responsible and no refund will be issued.

Recipients of any International shipments may be subject to customs/import duties, international taxes, charges, and/or any additional delivery fees. SudzBox Co. is not responsible for any extra fees upon arrival, it is the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Import fees cannot be estimated.


We have a 100% guarantee with our products, if you're not satisfied, send them back and we will refund you minus return shipping costs if you return within 14 days. *There are no refunds on international shipments/orders.

To receive a refund, products must not be used and in original new condition.

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
